Royal College of Alternative Medicine (RCAM) Strongman , Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi , has formally agreed to serve as the first ever Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC)
As Professor Obi will still be officiating as the Highly Distinguished Provost of Royal College of Alternative Medicine (RCAM) - at the same time ; there is mounting public speculation that RCAM will commercially take over the MLC within the very near future . . .
